  I have been going to this skin clinic for months and I can't even begin to describe how much it has changed my life! I have recovered my skin after years of heavy TV makeup and acne damage to the point that I barely wear makeup at all! The therapists are just amazing, everything used is natural and explained to me throughout the process. Before going here I never bothered with facials and now I'm kicking myself - where have they been all my life? Definitely worth the money (which is also incredibly reasonable) and so nice to be a regular client - it's like my second home for my skin! Thanks so much!

  I love coming to Paulina's! Their skincare range 'O Cosmedics' has completely changed my skin for the better.   I know I was visiting the salon using a groupon but I don't think that's an acceptable way to treat any client. Unimpressed.

  Purchased a gift voucher for wife which went down a treat. My wife was extremely happy with the service, treatment and overall quality of the experience and has been back many times since. Fantastic local business! Highly recommend. Thanks for making the transaction so easy and for looking after my wife.

  Purchased a groupon for 3 microdermebrasion sessions, didn't like the therapist that performed my first treatment. Loved the therapist who performed my second treatment. After explaining this to the salon, I booked my last session with the therapist I actually liked as she gave a far superior treatment. When I arrived at the salon I was told I would be seeing the first therapist who I specifically did not want to be seen by. The explanation given to me by the owner of the salon was "all of us have our own clients and we have to put you with whoever has space for an appointment".

  Thank you Paulina Jess and Skye.Your professionalism and personal approach to every treatment is amazing.I find it so hard to make a choice of therapist for my treatments as you are all so professional, lovely and offer a perfect personalised service. My eyebrows have never looked so good and my skin in now the best it has been in a very long time. Your experience and willingness to understand your clients needs is amazing.
