  Walked in to order and am looking at the options to choose what I would like. Instead of getting greeted and asked what I would like the lady behind the counter very rudely walks over and says "are you going to order quick cause I have a coffee to make" not impressed

  What a joke. Purchased $9 worth of pastries to be told $10 minimum on pay pass. Worst still they were happy for me to walk out with nothing rather than lose their precious 1% transaction fee.

  Terrible I ordered a chocolate truffle flourless cake for a friends birthday. I was promised it would be fresh not the one of the shelve. I puck d it up next morning and one of the shelve was gone. I was advised mine was fresh. Well I could t even get a knife though it easily it was so not fresh. Do not trust this supplier or the woman who runs Williamstown store. She's abrupt to the point of being rude and they are not trust worthy
