  They have been the best real estate agents I have ever had. Prompt with sorting problems and efficient. Even when they couldn't action things they still got back to me giving me updates so I wasn't left wondering. Also they were extremely thorough in their final inspection which as a tenant was scary but they were good in acting on the owners behalf, which I guess is their job so they did it well.
